Michael Scivolo


Mr Scivolo has extensive experience in the fields of accounting and taxation in both corporate and non-corporate entities, having been a partner/director in a CPA firm until 2011. Mr Scivolo has since then been consulting in the accounting/taxation fields.

Mr Scivolo has also been on the boards of a number of ASX listed mining companies. Mr Scivolo is currently a Director of Sabre Resources Limited (ASX:SBR), Golden Deeps Limited (ASX:GED) and Metals Australia Ltd (ASX:MLS).

Basil Conti


Mr Conti is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & NZ and was a partner/director of a Chartered Accounting firm in West Perth until 2015. Mr Conti is experienced in management accounting, taxation, secretarial practice, corporate and financial planning, consulting to small and large businesses and has been associated with the mining industry in a professional capacity for some 25 years.

Michael Norburn


Mr Norburn graduated from the University of Birmingham with an honours degree in engineering and has worked for over twenty six years in the resource industry in Australia, the Middle East and Africa.

Jon Dugdale


Mr Dugdale has a first class honours degree in Geology from the University of Melbourne and is a Fellow of the AusIMM (FAusIMM). Jon has 35 years experience in Australia, Asia and Africa and an established track record of discovery, including involvement with nickel sulphide and gold discoveries with WMC and MPI Mines.

Jon also has a broad range of corporate experience as Managing director/CEO of several junior resource companies focussed in Australia and Asia on nickel-cobalt, graphite and copper-gold projects as well as funds management experience with Lion Selection Group.

Michael Muhling

CFO and Joint Company Secretary

Mr Muhling is a finance and governance professional with 20 years experience in the resources industry, including 15 years in senior roles with ASX listed companies. He is a Fellow of CPA Australia, The Chartered Governance Institute, and the Governance Institute of Australia.

Mr Muhling brings to the Company a wealth of experience in the corporate and resource sectors, both in Australia and overseas.

Tanya Newby

Joint Company Secretary

Ms Newby is a finance and governance professional with over twenty years of experience in various corporate and commercial roles.  She has a strong background in the resources sector and has provided financial advice and assistance to a number of publicly listed entities through exploration, project development through to the production stage.

Ms Newby is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Member of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Graduate Member of the Institute of Company Directors.
